There's a Little Bit Of Cain in All of Us - February 15, 2009

In Genesis 4 there is a very familiar story about two brothers Cain & Abel. Most of the time, if you are like me I always view myself as the good guy. If I'm watching a movie or reading a story...I never am the bad guy. But the truth of the matter is....

• You and I, put in the right situation, will do absolutely anything.
• Given the right circumstance...You and I are capable of any sin.

And the truth about the story of Cain & Abel is it's: • a lot more …. messy and disturbing— • and lot more … hopeful and joyful— than I ever remembered it being.
