Before you try to name your shadow mission:
1. Get in a quiet place and pray.
2. Ask the Holy Spirit to open your eyes.
James 1:5 says that God give wisdom for those who ask for it
Ask Yourself
a) When Have I failed?
b) When have I felt shame
c) When has a gentle whisper indicated that I’ve gone off track.
• Circle the temptations
• Zero in on your failings
• Then try to narrow it down to a catch phrase or a single word.
• Run it past your Mordecai…to see if someone who knows you well sees this in you.
